About Us - Our Story

Essential Remedies was created by Wendi Larsen in November 2003.  Wendi is a Herbalist and  has  been involved in the industry for ten years and previously owned Oamaru Health 2000.  She has completed extensive studies in Anatomy and Physiology and nutrition, is a qualified Ambulance Officer and is currently completing a Diploma in  Aromatherapy. 

After moving to Christchurch earlier in the year, Wendi recognized the need for an independent store offering sound and qualified advice, the best quality products, along with excellent service.  Essential Remedies was created with this vision in mind.

Wendi has since sold Essential Remedies to Robyn Ede who envisages to carry on Wendi's vision.
