In 1985, drawing on Hotel and professional catering experience dating back to the mid-60's, Tony and Heather set about developing a unique system of catering which would enable them to cater for functions of between 20 and 5000 people.   This company continues successfully today under the same management and utilising the original concept.   Innovative thinking and good old kiwi ingenuity have had a helping hand along the way, making Barbeque Bill the popular choice for function catering of any description. Our extensive menu includes our wonderful spit roast.
